Zen Promotional is a retail and wholesale Australian global manufacturer of custom made full color printed patches. Our dye-sublimation printed cloth patches are great if you have detailed or colorful artwork that cannot be made into a patch using existing embroidery methods. They are particularly cost effective if you have a high number of design changes like individual name tags or colour changes.

Once your order is placed, we will setup your artwork and confirm your design via email before production. Your approved design will be printed directly onto your chosen patch size.

All of our sew-on printed patches are printed using Epson OEKO-TEX certified sublimation inks. These inks can withstand commercial high temperature washing without loss of color and have excellent UV and wear resistance. This makes them perfect for all manner of branding and uniform applications including name tags, company logos, name / logo combinations, sporting club patches, merit badges, defence patches & mission, crew and flight patches.

Our printed patches can withstand temperatures of 205C / 400F without breaking down or falling apart, making them an extremely tough and durable product that can withstand the harshest environments.
